Short Bio

I am currently a Lecturer at the School of Computer Science, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. I received my Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University in 2024, supervised by Prof. Yang Gao. Prior to that, I obtained my M.S. and B.S. degrees from Shanxi University in 2020 and 2017, respectively, supervised by Prof. Wenjian Wang. From December 2021 to June 2022, I was a research intern with the Reinforcement Learning Group at NetEase Fuxi AI Lab, where I worked closely with Prof. Yujing Hu.

Research Interests

My research aims to develop intelligent decision-making agents through reinforcement learning (RL) to tackle complex tasks across diverse environments. Specifically, my research interests include:

Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL). In closed-world environments (e.g., games), I focus on cooperative MARL, aiming to enable effective coordination among multiple decentralized RL agents.

Agentic Reinforcement Learning (Agentic RL). In open-ended environments (e.g., the web, coding, and software applications), I am expanding my research toward Agentic RL, aiming to develop autonomous agents capable of reasoning, acting, and adapting.
